Simple Sarotas are anything but simple! Their fluffy legs are an absolute delight and the blue sparkles on their red wings perfectly match their other common name, jewelmarks. They were on my “butterflies to see” wishlist for years before I finally saw them at Finca Las Piedras in 2019.
